Roselito Ronquillo Sarayba

Roselito Ronquillo Sarayba, 54 of Jersey City, New Jersey passed away peacefully on July 11, 2023, at Jersey City Medical Center. Roselito, or best known as Utetuz or Russell, to friend and family, was born on May 3, 1969, in Kawit, Cavite, Philippines to parents Danilo Sarayba and Eileen Ronquillo.

Roselito moved to the United States in 1997, he and his wife settled down in Jersey City, raising their two children. He worked for Christine’s Bake Shop in Bergenfield, NJ for 10 years. He enjoyed singing rock music with his wife during his spare time. Roselito is survived by his wife Rhodora (Legaspi), his two children, Roi Danielle (Rochenny) and Renz Aeron, his grandchildren Reina Cirilla and Renata Celes, his siblings Rommel and Ronald. He will be dearly missed by his friends and relatives.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 21, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Prayer Service will begin at 7:00 p.m. at Zuasola Funeral Homes of New Jersey, 44 Bay Avenue Bloomfield, NJ 07003. (Additional parking located along Broughton Avenue). Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Saturday morning, July 22, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. at the funeral home, thence to St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Chruch at 10:00 a.m. mass, 691 West Side Ave., Jersey City, NJ 07304. Burial will follow at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City, NJ.
