Rizalito Cailles Obituary

On Wednesday, January 6th, Rizalito Cristobal Cailles was called home at the age of 73. The world has lost a great son, brother, father and husband.

Rizalito was born in Paranaque, Philippines on December 30, 1947 to Leon and Elisa Cailles. He was a Patient Account Management at New York Methodist Hospital for 35 years before retiring. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Mercy, Jersey City. He lived in the United States for 45 years.

Rizalito was a tough guy with a heart of gold. He had a tough walk that you could spot a mile away but a smile that could brighten up any room. Everything that made him happy was at home, it was his family that was his passion. Home is where his heart was. He loved to cook for his family and made sure everyone ate before him. He loved to travel with his family all over the county; He always wanted his family to be together. Rizalito loved to play and joke around with his grandchildren. He was the epitome of a man; family first before himself. He came to this world not having much but left this world having everything.

Rizalito is survived by his wife Jesusa Cailles; two daughter Reza Cailles (Darrius Boulden), Christine Cailles(Anton Porch), and son John Pierre Cailles (Grace Cailles); brothers and sisters, Rolando Cailles, Rudolfo Cailles, Myrna Peralta, Marissa Peters, Mona Lisa Fitzgerald, Susan Miller, Emily Macabanti, Josephine Sykimte, Jimmy Cailles and Romel Cailles; grandchildren Anthony Cailles, Ava Boulden, Elyse Porch, Maximus Porch, Nicole Kirsten Cailles and Kimberly Cailles.
