It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Jaime "Jimmy" Esmilla Virtucio of Bloomfield on November 23, 2020 at the age of 71.
Born in Nagcarlan, Laguna, Philippines on August 17, 1949 to the late Jose and Visitacion (Esmilla) Virtucio. He received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Accounting from University of the East. He worked as a Travel Consultant at Glory Tours before retiring. He worked in Liberia, Africa for 8 years before moving to United States in 1985.
Jimmy is an active parishioner of St. Valentines Church, Bloomfield, NJ, a board member of Mary Mother of the Poor Foundation (non-profit charity foundation), a member of St. Valentines Prayer Group and an alumni of Ateneo de San Pablo Class of 65.
Jimmy will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 41 years, Genia "Baby". He will be fondly missed by his brother Jose Virtucio, Jr. (Ninon) and his sister Pamela Brion (Ariel). Jimmy is predeceased by his brother, Oscar and sister, Carolina.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Monday, November 30, 2020 from 4:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. at Zuasola Funeral Homes of New Jersey, 44 Bay Ave. Bloomfield, NJ 07003.
