Obituary
It is with great sadness to announce that Eric Joseph Sangalang Flores, 59 of Woodside, New York who was a beloved son, brother, uncle, friend, and colleague unexpectedly passed away on March 2, 2023. He was born in Sampaloc, Manila, Philippines on November 14, 1963 to Leticia Sangalang and the late Eduardo Flores. He worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Mount Sinai West for 15 years.
He is cherished by his mother Leticia, brother Edmund, Elmer; sisters Loretta, Lorena, Larah and by all his nieces and nephews, Edrick, Kevin, Ian, Ryan, Daniel, Erin, Tiffany, Samantha and Amanda. Who will always remember him and for the thoughtful and stoic man he was.
He cared for those he knew with a firm attitude that was reserved for those who he truly loved. Though stoic, Eric had only love for family. He will be dearly missed and live in our hearts forever.
Visitation will be held on March 11, 2023, Saturday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at N F Walker of Queens Funeral Home, 8734 80th St., Woodhaven, NY 11421.
Cremation will be held privately.
