He was a retired employee of Mathias & Carr Publishing Company, the National Bureau of Investigation - Philippines & Bureau of Immigration/Immigration Officer, Philippines.

He is the beloved husband of Leticia (nee: Sangalang), cherished father of Eric Flores, Edmund Flores, Loretta Flores Makowski, Lorena Flores, Larah Flores & Elmer Flores, loving grandfather of; Edrick Flores, Kevin Makowski, Ian DeVera, Elden Flores, Daniel Makowski, Erin Flores, Tiffany Flores, Samantha Makowski & Amanda DeVera, dear brother of Evangeline Buhayin & Sofia Aquino.
