Edgar Rago Obituary

Edgar Golingay Rago, 75 of Bayonne, New Jersey, passed away on April 10, 2022. He was born to parents, Felizardo Rago and Consolacion Golingay on October 18, 1946 in Leganes, Iloilo, Philippines.

He worked for worldwide services as airplane maintenance for 15 years before retiring in 2018. On his spare time, he loves to play basketball.

He is the loving husband of Delma Celo Rago; a father of Daphne Joy Jinon, Edrick Rago, Dimpana Rago, Darlene Hopilos, Diadem Dix and the late Debrah Sasa; a dear brother of Oscar Rago, Eden Lopez, Marte Rago and the late Sol Ganon and Venus Inayan; and a loving grandfather and great grandfather.

Funeral service will take place in Leganes, Iloilo, Philippines to be handled by Gegato Abecia Funeral Home. Interment will take place at Leganes Municipal Cemetery at a later date.
