Carolina Legaspi Fores

Carolina Legaspi Fores, 86 of Jersey City, New Jersey passed away on November 13, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on June 17, 1937 in Manila, Philippines to the late Vicente Legaspi Sr. And Catalina Silverio.

She graduated from Far Eastern University Manila with Bachelors Science in Arts. Before moving to the United States in 1996, she worked as the Chief of Records at the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Department of National Defense for 30 years. After she moved to the United States she worked as a clerk at Hertz Rental for 30 years before retiring.

She is the loving mother of Joseph Flores (Melanie); a proud grandfather of Sebastian and Samuel; and a loving sister to Bienvenido Arias, Vicente Legaspi Jr., Reynaldo Legaspi, Edna Legaspi and Norma Legaspi. She was predeceased by her husband, Eduardo Fores.

Cremation is private.

A memorial mass will be offered on Friday, November 17, 2023 at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church, 40 Sullivan Dr., Jersey City, NJ at 10:00 AM followed by an inurnment at Holy Name Cemetery and Mausoleum, Jersey City at 11:30 AM.
